United Locating Services is headquartered in Missoula, Montana. In 2001, United Locating Services purchased a well established utility locating company based in Maple Lake, Minnesota. What started in 1983 as a small family owned business in rural Minnesota, has evolved into a company currently serving almost 50 utility companies throughout six states.
